Bamako Nights

Paper Café and The Living Rooms present Bamako Nights. A celebration of PAINTED FRAMES, the newly released book from Loose Joints spotlighting Malick Sidibé’s vibrant hand-painted framed portraits. The evening blends photography and music in the spirit of Sidibé’s legendary studio and Bamako dancehall scenes. Expect DJ sets from The Vinyl Cartel echoing Mali’s golden era, and a chance to experience his Painted Frames up close. Books will be available at the event, with limited bundle editions on offer.
