Docubox & Ateker International Film Festival 2025

Docubox is partnering with the Ateker International Film Festival 2025 (AIFF) for its inaugural edition in Lodwar, Turkana. Founded by Ateker Creatives Lab, AIFF is a new platform dedicated to celebrating indigenous stories while also featuring films from around the world. This festival aims to provide communities in Turkana with the opportunity to see their own stories reflected on screen and to explore new possibilities through the medium of film. Docubox will contribute to the festival with school screenings, community screenings, and a special Docubox Day, which will include a masterclass and evening screenings.
