Project Unwind presents "The Inner-Child Club", a workshop and open mic experience designed as a soft, soul-nourishing space for Gen Z creatives, thinkers, feelers, and introverts navigating a chaotic world. Whether you're neurodivergent, queer, or simply craving rest and realness, this is a place to breathe, play, and be. The event is a sanctuary for your inner child, celebrating softness and imagination. Attendees can unwind through poetry, painting, open mic, and childlike games. It's an opportunity to connect over shared stories, political realities, and mental health, explore creativity as a healing tool, and build community as resistance. The event will feature a panel discussion on mental health & creativity, open mic and acoustic live acts, creative play zones with art stations, hano, kati, and journal booths, chill games & mindful hangouts, a chance to write your younger self a love note, and music that soothes without overstimulating. It also provides safe spaces for political talk that won't leave you drained. You don't need to perform or explain, just show up and be.
